Boss Dragons can only be purchased once, unless exceptions occur, and only if they have been unlocked through defeating them in Normal Mode. Boss Dragons and regular Dragons that can be bred normally or within a limited-time period, along with the active VIP Dragons, can always be purchased, regardless whether the Trainer has them on their islands or not. The Codex allows purchasing additional Dragon eggs for any Dragon previously obtained, as long as these Dragons can be purchased in exchange for Gold or Gems. See Codex Entries for information about what appears in codex entries Duplicates Information for Dragons is viewed by selecting their snapshot, which opens their Codex Entry.

The Elements of Dragons whose secondary Elements need to be awoken are visible, but grayed-out and marked with the icon.

Non-obtained Dragons have a greyed-out snapshot and if they are a Limited-Time Dragon, Event-Only Dragon, or are offered in a promotion etc., display an availability countdown. Once a Stage is completed and additional ones are available, the Trainer can complete the task for the new stage and get additional Rewards (depending on the collection).ĭragon shapshots each contain a mugshot, Elements, Skill levels, Type/Rarity, Enchantment Stars, Sigils (if equipped), an icon representing obtainment method (if not a regularly breedable Dragon), and a green checkmark if obtained. Some collections have additional stages to the first. The only requirement to receive reward Dragons is to hatch and place the required Dragons. Meta Collections are typically themed collections, where all Dragon's names and/or appearances follow that same theme. Hidden collections remain visible until deliberately unhidden, or when a new Dragon from a collection is hatched. When hidden, regular collections display only the collection title, while Meta Collections still display the reward Dragons and those necessary for completion, sub-collections are completely hidden. Dragons receive a symbol once collected, and tapping collection reward Dragons only (un)hides the collection, instead of opening their Codex Entry.Ĭollections are hidden by pressing the button, and unhidden using the button. Completed collections are always listed below incomplete ones.Įach collection displays the collection name, Dragon snapshot or full-size image for collection rewards, the currently collected Dragons count separated with a slash by the total in-game Dragon count, collection rewards, and the percentage of players having completed respective collections. Additionally, there also exist meta collections, meaning a collection completed through by completing collections. Some collections have stages, which allow for greater rewards upon completion of further tasks. These collections are grouped into categories such as early game Dragons, all Common/Uncommon Normally-Breedable Dragons of an Element, Dragons required Breedable Legendaries, Dungeon-Exclusive Dragon, VIP-Exclusive Dragon, and so on and so forth. The Leaderboard button, beside the codex tabs, is used to access the Dragon Collector Leaderboard.Ĭollections are made up of different groups of Dragons collected for various rewards.
